Four Disciplines, One Transmutation

Spiritual Design carries a project from the first sketch to the final walk-through, across four connected disciplines. Each one is designed to align with WELL standards and measured against the Tria Prima: the space that feels, the space that sustains, the space that elevates.

Spiritual Interior Design

This is the discipline of Anima, the space that feels. We work in lime plaster and untreated wood, chosen for how they age rather than how they photograph, and we place light along the actual path of the day. A room should calm the body before the mind knows why.

  • Full interior concepts, from layout to last object
  • Circadian lighting and low-toxicity material palettes
  • Artisan sourcing from Latin American workshops
Bioclimatic Architecture & Construction

Bioclimatic Architecture & Construction

Corpus is the body of the building, the space that sustains. We orient each structure to the prevailing breeze before sizing a single air conditioner, and we detail the envelope for salt air and hurricane wind. Passive performance comes first, and the machinery follows.

  • Cross-ventilation and passive cooling studies
  • Energy and daylight modeling from schematic design
  • Hurricane-rated construction with low-carbon materials
Regenerative Landscape & Urbanism

Regenerative Landscape & Urbanism

Spiritus belongs to the open air, the space that elevates, and this is the ground where Spiritual Design began. Jesús Pacheco has shaped South Florida landscapes for sixteen years, planting native species that feed pollinators and building soil that holds more water every season. A landscape that gives back more than it takes is the brief we set for ourselves.

  • Native and climate-adapted planting design
  • Stormwater gardens and living soil systems
  • Master planning for regenerative communities
Technical Direction & Project Management

Technical Direction & Project Management

Design intent survives construction only when someone defends it daily. We direct permitting and contractor selection under Florida code, then stay on site through every inspection so the pro forma and the drawings arrive at closing intact. This is the discipline that binds the other three.

  • Owner representation for developers and investors
  • Permitting and code compliance across Miami-Dade
  • Budget and schedule control through final inspection
